How......if you shoot and kill a pregnant mom, and her fetus dies.....you're charged with two counts of murder......but you can abort a fetus at 5 months.....and it's peachy keen.

Abortion is never peachy keen and ~5 months is only to save the mother's life.
My first wife had an abortion ~6 weeks, she told her friends she didn't want to have another child with me. Which left me dumbfounded because it wasn't my kid LOL...
