don't cut me off in traffic.

Turn signals!

Not getting cut off; ~twice yesterday in ~10 miles

People being friendly when I'm out and about.

I need to brush up on Thank you notes. I am so proud of my granddaughter who always writes me a thank you note. It is encouraging and so satisfying to see her being taught to be a caring person :))

I also am impressed by having a door opened for me or by "please" and "thank you" when it is called for. It shows respect I think, and consideration.

People I pass on the street that say hi and smile.

Little niceties like "thank you, you're welcome, please, I'm sorry...." really mean a lot.

And I agree about the turn signals.  When they see you sitting there waiting for them to go, and then they turn .....and you could have been long gone......Aaaaaarrrgghh!!!  And as for the cutting off?  No one does it better than the guys on I-95.  They have turned it into a fine art.

And when some nice man holds a door for me.....It makes my day.
