hold nothing but light's absence--
i admire your faith

what comfort to know
the godhead walks beside you
in all dark places

Sadly, finding faith has been a lifelong struggle for me.  I call myself, "the reluctant atheist."

now even the checking in
has ended for good

silence blankets all
no use to turn on the lights 
there's nothing to see
