2017  Well my garden is planted and now I am waiting for delicious roma and early girl tomatoes, okra and it is the first time I am growing okra, lettuce which has already taken off, cantaloupe, spaghetti squash, and jalapenos.

Three or four of my black berries have sprouted again so I may have some delicious fruit for my oatmeal this year too. What is growing in your garden?

I am enjoying a Kale salad with apple chunks, raisins, a tablespoon of Vegenaise and a splash of Asian Rice Vinegar.

Do you have a winter garden?  I have not planted one for many years.  Unfortunately my summer garden has not done well for the past two years.  My husband and I doing some reading and we are trying some new things in hopes of having a better garden next year.  I had wanted a winter garden but will put it off one more year till we find out why we are having a hard time with our summer garden.  Used to be we had wonderful bounty all summer long.  But the past two years have not been so good.
