Yeah, it's frustrating. It's hard to find dress pants for work that are small enough, but still a 32 inseam. Most places only go down to a 4, and for some reason, they're too big. Kohl's and Old Navy carry 2's that work, and Anne Taylor's Loft as well, but the Loft I used to shop at closed. And meanwhile, I'm thinking, "um, excuse me, but, I know I do not wear a 2."
I'm a petite 2 or 4 or 6 depending on the brand. Gap USA I'm zero - as with banana republic USA - which seems ridiculous. We don't do zero in Canada - everyone laughs at the notion! How can one be a zero?!? At 5'3 and 110 pounds (I had to go convert kilos lol) I seem to only manage petite sizes so I stick with this, otherwise my tailor person is very busy. As it is - things are often too long.
What exactly does "Misses size" mean? And Juniors? What is that? I gaze at those sections at the department store - but I figured the sizes were large so I stay away and find the petites.
Oh! This is SO helpful! - thank you DD3 ! Esp. for when I'm looking at cloths online too. A mystery solved!
