After watching the atrocities those two guys did in Boston, do you think we will ever know why they did this?  Do you think it goes deeper than just two guys with no concern for other people?

Of course; it always does.

Phil, I think you are correct.  I'm not into all the biblical stuff (I'm catholic) and they only glaze over it.  I want to know was going through their crazy minds when they did all this mayhem to people.  I think the families of the deceased and people who were injured have a right to answers.  This boy needs to man up and speak the truth.  I don't see it happening.  Well, maybe if the give this boy his dolly he'll feel more secure and talk.

Good point Phil.  I've only gone back to church last June, so I take it slowly.  I was involved in the Catholic Church and Schools for the first 45 years of my life.  We won't go into what caused me to walk away from it all, but a really close friend was the one that got be back to thinking about it all and eventually back to church.  It's been interesting.  Your message is interesting and nice.  Helen

"Will we ever know" Doubt it...Conspiracy Theories are already popping up about it...The government did it, that kind of S**t...?

I'm hoping that it's just these two, but I'll wait to make a real conclusion until I hear more about them.  I really hope it's just these two.  We don't need more wars.

Terrorists really dont have to have a GOOD reason WHY they do anything. Their favorite job is to cause a fiasco. I often wonder when these things happen if they were planning other disasters and something either went wrong, someone "chickened" out or they simply got caught.

People always blame God for stuff like this but a lot of people seem to have no use of God in the GOOD times and then they CURSE him when tragedy and disasters strike. I believe in God and I see the blessings in my life and I do see the blessings in bad times such as these. I see people who were "into" themselves and their own lives "YESTERDAY" reaching out "TODAY" and offering a helping hand to suffering people. If everything was good, happy, and healthy every single day, why would anyone feel the need to reach out to ANYONE else? Bad things happen for a reason and sometimes its for someone else to make a difference and pass on the example.

After the three arrests yesterday, I think this goes a lot deeper than 2 maniacs with bombs and three idiots that think they're helping a buddy after he did something stupid.  Some college kids tend to party too much, drink too much or do drugs too much and do something foolish.  This isn't a couple of colleges kids on too much alcohol running naked across campus, this is terrorism.  It looks like the FBI is going to get to the bottom of it.  I heard yesterday that they have the younger ones laptop.  That should be a treasure trove of information.  They are all foreign students with names that all sound alike, which makes me think they are all from the same region.  One is here on an expired visa.  How does this happen?  Just makes me want to scream.
