If you are attracted to her, i think you should ask the STALKER for a cup of coffee and see what happens.....lol. You are a good looking man so sometimes you may get stalkers....may turn out to be fun for ya......lol.
Steve..ive been on several dating sites also and its been entertaining. I had to get OFF the one called PLENTYOFFISH. I kept "running into" or getting matched up with my friends.....LOL. They were mostly my friends from high school who we were NOT compatible for a relationship which was a seriius flaw with THAT site.
One of my best friends had suggested OKCUPID and him and i used to shoot pool several times a week and "compare notes".....lol. He began chatting with several "foreign" women. He wasnt looking for marriage or relationship as he was newly divorced so the far away girls seemed SAFE Ffor him to explore online dating without getting involved. Meanwhile, he learned a lot. Of course, theres the old standby of peoplevlooking for a green card. He had women offering to come to see him or wanting to meet him "on vacations" thatTHEY would pay for. He ALSO discovered (as i Did also) that SOME people who send you a message will have a faraway state listed as where they live
ANYWAY....to finish what i was saying about the people have a faraway state, they are often SCAMMERS, ESPECIALLY if they are from MINNESOTA, TEXAS. Im NOT saying EVERYONE frombthose sttates are scammers. But Brian had found out when he was on some of the paid sites where foreign people looking for American men/women can CHÒOSE to ADOPT a state although its not every state. Him and i both had SEVERAL people email us from St Paul. At first, we thought it was a funny coincidence until FIRST, we realized NONE of them actually LIVED there but lived in England, Italy, or Germany....the 3 most common places. To be honest, im not sure what these people were after. I got at LEAST 3 email that had siMilar SOB STORIES......they were widowed and heartbroken for many years and had JUST got on this dating site then saw my profile and thought they may have found their soul mate......lol.One guy sent me these long emails full of general questions. i answered WITH CAUTION and asked HIM questions but he never answered all then one day, he answered EVERYTHING and revealed he was widowed and has a little girl and a mansion in England and he would FLY me there to meet him and his daughter because she misses having a mother......huh??!!! LOL
Its true people can say anything they want online but the same thing has been happening to people for generations BEFORE meeting people online even existed. Thats why you have to keep your senses sharp and alert and not be overcome by a Gorgeous, charming person....lol. People would be sure to be disappointed in Scamming ME anyway once they realize i have NO money nor am i attracted by riches......LOL....
It seems to me NOBODY should be scammed. I think people are sometimes so eager to have someone special in their lives, they often overlook alot and even ignore things that dont seem significant. Some people are wonderful actors and can pull the wool over on someone who doesnt remain on high alert. But as good of an act it may be, it IS fairly easy to see through that in 2-5 dates, before it gets too involved. Too many people decidee to move way too quickly. They move in together and that becomes kind of the GETTING TO KNOW YOU. If you LIVE TOGETHER, you can get to know each other TOMORROW but tomorrow never comes. I have nothing against LVING TOGETHER but people should WAIT till they know about EVERYTHING about each other. I have no intention of fallingb into a horrible situation where i realize could have been prevented by knowing the signs. Not saying my relationships are perfect......
I always get a kick out of the ones that advertise on television. The site users pictured are all really good looking. I'm guessing they weren't chosen at random. They might even be wanna be actors and actresses. According to this clip, only 4-6% of the members are likely to look that good.
Hi oldmike, First i would like to say you worry too much about age,Age really has nothing to do with it. Its compatability that really matters.I don't have a particllar age group. I try to find out if we have anything in common and go from there.I always try to be as honest as possible.I found out this helps a lot. I enjoy meeting people on line just give it a bit of time to see what develops.I lived in WPB area ( Lantana for quite a few years,). I hope you have good results,Maybe we can compare notes sometime.
Dee
Not interested in online anything. And I always wonder, how old is older? Is it some one who is still fun or an" old" lokking for some one to take care of them? On the other hand I have to admit that my son married an older woman, she is 17 years older than him, but when he was in his 20's and she was in her 40's it diidn't matter much as she hunted, ski, fished and snowmoble, she is 67 now and starting to slow down.
I agree with you Mike, don't get involved with anyone from work, after i married my 3rd husband he came to work where I worked, we were married 13 years, but worked together for 16 after the divorce, very hard as he was they type not to let it go.
