Unfortunately, I know it because of having Cirrhosis from having long term diabetes and being very overweight for many years.

Tim, are you OK now? It's kind of weird that I have Cirrhosis, because all my liver function tests are normal. They check them every 6 months. It was found during major emergency surgery two years ago, when the doctor saw what looked like it and biopsied it. At first it scared me really badly. Now I just add it to the list of what's wrong with me. At my age, it's like a badge of honor. :)
