I am normally a news hog- but taking a break- so much fake news and opinions.Miss the days of Huntly and Brinkly and all the news  people of the past where they gave the news and you could make your own opinion.

Alexa reads me the NPR news every morning and also something from Australia. I listen to television news during the week. I read articles of interest on Facebook. I have several Facebook friends who live in Texas so I have been trying to keep up with what's happening there.

I think news about celebrities like Kim Kardashian gets too much coverage. Also politicians can not even sneeze without it becoming a big news story.

I do follow the news...want to know who might be trying to screw me over, nationally and locally. I follow the weather pretty closely, so I know what to expect and plan accordingly. Celebrities?...could not care less, unless they do something worthwhile.

I am sorry to say But covid is getting way to much news. I don't think we have to hear about it everyday. A couple times a week is enough. For a while it was the royal family that was in the news before all of the election crap was going on
