I had that done about 1 1/2 years ago. I guess it's something we all go through as we get older. You'll see better in the evenings now.
Steve I had the other eye done in the late 90's and when I complained about halos to the dr they used a laser punctured the capsule. All I know is I could not drive in the dark after that. I was about 50 at the time. I was told this time they don't do that and it should never have been done at all before it had time to heal. If I remember correctly it was within the first week. I'm happy with the results this time.
Good, Helen, glad you're seeing better.
Helen, I'm glad that everything went ok and you're seeing good. That's great news!
Happy to hear it all went well, Helen. It makes such a difference in your life. When I had the first eye done, I was amazed and could hardly wait for the 2 weeks to pass for the 2nd eye, even though I was horrified to see my wrinkles.
Helen, I suppose that the medical profession knows much more now than it did in the '90's and not all doctors are created equal. I had a doctor as a child living with my parents that was not very good. Many times when he gave you a shot it would hurt like hell and many times my arm would swell up. Thankfully this time was much better.
