Do you keep a journal or diary?  If not now, did you ever?

I haven't kept a diary since I was 13 years old. I never kept a journal.

I use a pocket calendar to jot down things that I may need to remember the date of. No diary...don't have to worry about it being found ;)

I started keeping a journal when I was fifteen, just before Kennedy was assassinated. I still write in one but not very often now.

Never until about 5 months ago I started a gratitude journal, where I jot down  daily reasons to be grateful. Not full stories but brief descriptors.

I did for a while after my husband passed away 15 years ago...soothed my nerves, but eventually, I didn't need to do it, and quit.
