Holidays start in less than two weeks.  Turkey day, one of my favorites.  Then Christmas.  When do you start to decorate your house for the holidays?  Do you still decorate?

Since I live alone, I only put up a small tree on a table in front of the window. I didn't put it up last year.  I usually do it the weekend after Thanksgiving.  My neighbor across the street has had her tree up since Halloween.

I decorate very little the day after Thanksgiving.

The end of Nov. to first part of Dec.

No longer decorate and won't be having family over this Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Don't expect to decorate much this year since my back calls the shots. Do have a wreath for the door that will go up right after Thanksgiving, but may do a bit more, depending.

Dave and I will roast a smaller bird than usual. And bake some yams and I will make some kind of veggie side dish. I will bake a cake because it's also Dave's birthday.

Very little decorating this year; with the kind of year it's been, my brother's death, COVID, etc., I'd just as soon forget about the holidays but my huzz wants to always put on the dog for the holidays, decorate, have a lot of people over, etc. So we'll see.
