Today I wanted to stay off my injured foot (pulled Achilles Tendon) as much as possible so I did very little cooking today. I had oatmeal for breakfast, salad and leftover chicken for lunch, and a bowl of cereal and a banana for dinner.
Soup tonight.

Thanks, Officerripley. They say it could take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months to heal but I thinking it isn't severely damaged so I am hoping for 3 weeks. It's been a little over a week since I damaged it.
We stopped at a Wendy's on the way home from the grocery store. I was served a seriously undercooked burger. They replaced it with apologies but I didn't have it in me to eat it.
We're getting into Hot Pockets...2 minutes 10 seconds in the microwave, with green beans.
Last night it was leftover baked chicken and roasted buttercup squash from 2 nights before....made double that night. Tonight it will be a pork chop with either cauliflower or sauteed summer squash.
Tuesday's dinner was rigatoni with vodka and today dinner will be burgers on the grill!
Last night we had barbecue chicken with Rice a roni tonight we're having Pizza that we got in Walmart and we'll add sausage.
