Although I don't post here often, I love to see what others are reading.  I get a lot of great ideas.  It would be sad if this closed down, but I can understand that there are few people responding here.

You all are great

Love Ya, Lyn

I think that's the problem, but not the way Carci means it; we're not getting email notices because no one is posting.  Just look at the dates on the Discussion posts!!  I would hate to see Bookoholics fold, but it really ins't serving much of a purpose.  Does anyone have any ideas about how to reinvigorate the group??

used to get emai notices when ever anyone commented or replied to a post.  That stopped awhile back and now I don't think of it on a daily basis...  I miss that.  I would be sad to see this shut down :(

Are we really going to shut down Bookoholics?

Grammie Sue, I get 1 e-mail daily from BookBub offering free or inexpensive books.  Occasionally I get another e-mail from them asking if I've read certain books but I am definitely not inundated with mail from them.

Is anyone a part of BookBub? Can you tell me is it good, do they have a lot of ads or send out a lot of email?  Generally what has been your experience with them?

Mandy, I am so very late to this conversation, haven't been here in quite some time.  Just want you to know that you have my deepest condolences!

Adding my condolences, Mandy.  Many of us have been in your shoes and know how difficult it is on so many levels.  I second Lip Service's request: Please take good care of yourself.  Take time to heal; Rapa is right that reading does help. Some heartfelt advice form your Bookoholics family.
