TBD on Ning

September days are here! What's on your plate?

I just finished BIG LITTLE LIES. Definitely chick lit! Am eagerly waiting for my reserve of Louise Penny's new book. Have any of you read it yet???

BTW, "RABBIT RABBIT RABBIT"

Thanks! The last Catherine Hyde book I read was "WHERE WE BELONG.". I savor her books and only access them via BookBub.

Currently reading THE HEADMASTER's WIFE and it's getting rather spicy! ;)

For anyone interested -Louise Penney  is having discussion of Long Way Home, here is link:

I won't be answering the questions as my answers would not be kind. Did not care for this book.

A drive with a story

I just made my car journey from Kentucky to Florida over the past couple of days listening to the book-on-disc version of the following two novels:

"First Family" by David Baldacci.  The president's niece is kidnapped and a nasty plot is unraveled featuring payback for sins of the past.  Baldacci is the master of political novels.

"December 6" by Martin Cruz Smith.  An American is caught in Japan as the attact of Pearl Harbor is unfolding.
