Life After Life

Did anyone else notice that there were 2 books published this month with the title Life After Life?

Kate Atkinson's book tells the story of Ursula (good name :-)) who keeps reliving her life both in England and in Nazi Germany; dying and being reborn.  I am intrigued and not just because of the main character's name.

Jill McCorkle's book is set in North Carolina and revolves around the residents of a retirement home.

Both books have received good reviews, but I wonder how many people will pick up the wrong book.  Wouldn't you think someone would have noticed the duplication?!!

I have the Kate Atkinson's book on reserve.

Didn't know about McCorkle's book but will give it a look/see.  Retirement homes interest me, both independent and assisted living.
