Hi, has anyone in the group who has a Kindle (or Kindle app on a tablet) ever had to replace their Kindle or tablet while they still had Kindle books on it? My tablet is acting like it's circling the drain; I've been told that I might be able to repair it by doing a "reset" but I would lose all the Kindle books and any apps I've downloaded. I know that Amazon keeps Kindle purchases in my Kindle library online, but will I have to pay again to download them again? (Every time I try to contact Amazon with a question, all I get back is, "We'll be glad to try to help you if you'll call us at the following ph. #.")
Thanks for any help/advice.

OmniMysteryNews also has free mysteries, for Kindle, also Kobo and Itunes.
An update: I did the factory reset on my Tab--which, so far, seems to have cleared up its problems, yay!--and was able to re-download for free all the kindle books that were on my tab. So it went well; thanks for all the help, everyone!
