This thread is to highlight any kindle discount that you think Bookoholics kindle owner would be interested in.
Most of these discounts apply only for one day, so please make sure that discount still applies when you buy it because it may have already expired
We probably should have one for nook or ibooks as well but I don't use these so anyone that is interested feel free to create a special discussion for these if you wish

In today's deal of the day is a number of kindle titles selling for $3 or less

There are titles from well known authors Robert Crais, John Irving, Sandra Brown
One particular feature of this offer, is that you can buy the audio version of the book for only a dollar more
For example if you are familiar with "The Hangman's Daughter" then I think it would be better to listen to it

Remember this is only for today (Saturday)
Sorry, I mispelled kindle in the title of this discussion
kindlenation.com is a good site; they send emails (every day I think) with discounts; also the site has a "tracker" feature thru which you can list kindlebooks you're interested in but only if they drop below a certain price & they'll send you a price drop alert.
Thanks for this great site, I found it at
You're right, Lip Service; I spelled it wrong, thanks for correcting. :-)
Here are two sites that you can sign up and receive daily emails with Kindle bargains. Many are free, and most are under $4 bucks. They both are set up so they can send selections that you are interested in. (romance, horror, fantasy, non fiction, etc.)
Thanks, TeeBubba; I was already signed up at bookbub but hadn't heard of bookblast; now I am, thanks!
Also try bookgorilla.com - they offer lots of genres and cheap books on Kindle
Today The Hunger Games is only $1.99
Has anybody joined Kindle Unlimited? It offers books to loan, 10 at a time, for $9.99 a month. First month is free so I am trying it but I sense a bit of a scam - other than the bestseller "teasers" that they offered at first, most are books that you can "buy" free or for $.99. I will keep it until I finish the 10 I borrowed but probably will cancel after that.
