Charles Lamb born 2/10/1775, died 7/27/1834 said;
"Here cometh April again, and as I can see the world hath more fools in it than ever."
Could he have been prophetic? Personally, I can't wait until the end of November!

I'm reading LIsa Gardner's latest, FIND HER. It's the second book I've read lately with kidnapped girls kept in pine boxes. Glad I'm not claustrophobic!
Have picked up THE WIDOW by Fiona Barton and hope to start it soon.

What are you reading?

Finished Blue Heaven by C. J. Box and liked it a lot. I am glad I didn't start reading books by this author until recently, because it leaves a lot of them to go. They are also light, easy reading for the long, hot (hopefully) Summer ahead. My library opens in about an hour, so I'm going to take a hike over there and see what I can find until my nine "holds" start coming in. (Not Box novels, but titles by other authors.)

Well, that trip to the library was successful. I not only spent almost three relaxing hours there, but also found one of my nine "holds." So now I am back in my apartment and have started to read The Crossing by Michael Connelly and plan to like it a great deal. I also checked out another book called the good liar by nicholas searle. I should mention that neither the title nor the author's name received caps, because that's how they were shown on the book. I wanted to make that point to prove that I wasn't dumb or careless.

:)
