You wake up one morning, look in the mirror.

And you wonder what happened. Where is that woman that lived in this body? And who is this staring back at me?
For a long time, you have lived in your body...nothing changed, nothing happend....but still you're looking in this mirror and wondering who the stranger is looking back at you.
What happened? What caused your body to change, to grow? Or...have you always been overweight?
Having babies, no exercise, eating during stressful times? Was it mental?

Emily...sorry, most know my story. I was molested as a child, made to feel it was my fault by my mother, I had no self esteem, grew up, wild as hell one day, quiet withdrawn the next. I was a teenager during the early 70's with the confusion going on then.....I got married too soon, because it was the thing to do...
I grew up weak, not much back bone...........then I got kidnapped and and was raped.......I was held for 2 nights and a day.....
After my release, and some things..I became strong....I just did not care much for myself. After some more therapy recently I am fine...I just have a body that is tired of its life.
