Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

It's in the oven.   Made from memory and a little help from Mr Google.  It'll probably be crap and I might try it again someday.

I really want a veggie sub or potstickers.

Stopped at the casino on the way home tonight.  Had fish and chips and a side of creamy slaw.  It was quite tasty.  It didn't cost me anything because I had points built up on my players club card.  I guess they accumulate from forever, because I hardly ever go in there.  Then I took a $20 into the casino proper and parlayed it into $37, and then I came home.

Dinner wasn't awful.    Chicken Spaghetti.  Made w/Velveeta cheese.  I thought it was enough for 2 servings....turned out to be more like 6!

No, she is not much on Country Clubs in the country.  It is about 70 miles from her house and about 7 miles from one of my places.
