Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Local store ran a sale on whole loins of New York strip steaks. I'm going to start cutting it up in a little while. I usually get approx. 20 to 22 nice steaks (3/4 to 1 inch thick) out of a loin. So I guess that means we are having steak on the grill tonight.
