Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Tonight is gonna be beer battered fish and fried taters.

My wife didn't want the green beans, so we ended up with mixed veggies in a cheese sauce.

Lazy day. Having Oriental delivered.

Made some BBQ pork in the slow cooker W/ home made BBQ sauce, chopped onion and beer. Shredded it to make sandwiches for tonight, and will probably make some fries to go with the sandwiches.

Don't have a clue for tonight. Kids were supposed to come over and we were gonna have burgers, dogs, and some killer pasta salad, but they canceled at the last minute. Dee isn't feeling well, so I'll just wing it when I get hungry.
