Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Red peppers stuffed with taco meat,(burger with taco seasoning, diced onions, and lots of salsa) diced fresh tomato, and cheddar cheese. And grilled asparagus.

3 dollar bottle of water after 30 minutes in line.  Food line looked like an hour wait at Houston's Freedom Over Texas.  So I went home and watched the fireworks on TV.  Next 4th of July going back to Kenney Ag Society for BBQ mutton and shorter lines.

31 years ago BBQ brisket, sausage, green beans, tators and 4 kegs of beer.

Cowboy made 'meatballs" last night.   Tonight it was what was leftover over noodles....darn tasty!

We had pasta too.  Ravioli with Italian sausage on the side.  Pretty good!
