Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Just got back from the flea market. Bought fresh tomatoes, asparagus, cukes, red peppers, and green beans! I over bought on the peppers and green beans, but both freeze fine. (the beans have to be blanched before freezing) We're having the kids over this afternoon, and I'm making chicken fettucini alfredo and a big salad.
