Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Tonight it was Pad Prik with shrimp from a take out joint in the next little town down the road. Despite the rural nature of our area up here, we still tend to have most of the same things the urbanites have.

I asked the wife 4 times today what she wanted for dinner. Got blank stares, shrugged shoulders, and I don't knows. Maybe I'll just heat up the left over home made veggie/beef soup.
