Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I had a salmon filet that I cooked on my George Forman electric Grill. Had a microwaved bag of Healthy Colors veggies with it. I love the GF Grill. Just plug it in anywhere and grill about anything in a few minutes.

Happy is jumpping up and down because he is hungry and his food is out in the car. It is pouring down rain. He might not get fed until tomorrow. (:>)

Feed that dog some snacks at least!! How about a piece of toast broken up into a little dish of milk? My Newfie-Chow mix used to love that as a treat!!

I'll have to scan it first. The last time I did that it took an hour to clean the cheese off the scanner bed.
