Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

George and I had homemade pork chop suey tonight.

After gorging myself on carbs for the last month or so, I'm trying to get back to eating a bit more healthy.  To that end, I had a salad made with two types of lettuce, diced tomato, cubed sauteed chicken thigh, shredded mozzerella cheese, and low fat Italian dressing, accompanied by a few Wheat Thins, and followed by plain yogurt with fresh strawberries.

I'd like to say "yee-um", but I wouldn't want to mislead anybody into thinking I really meant it!  ;-0
