What's For Dinner?

Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I'm defrosting frozen hamburger patties...likely they will be tonight's dinner.

I eat the Morning Star frozen fake meat patties. Don't have to thaw them. Just pop them in the Microwave for a couple minutes, put two of them and a couple slices of pepperjack flavored fake cheeze with some spicy brown mustard between two slices of Orowheat, whole wheat bread and you have a meal fit for a single, full time RVer.

I eat the vegie burgers occasionally or the bocas....Not bad for a change of pace from ground beef burgers.

I'm not sure....I made some nachos for a late lunch.

UPDATE:  I'm finishing off the rest of the nachos....I justify my actions because I took a brisk 4 mile walk (except when I stopped for about 20 minutes to chat with my neighbor Ken) after eating the lunchtime nachos.

So far I've had half a bag of chips, an Amy's Mac&Cheese & a Klondike bar. I'm junking out tonight. And it's only 6pm.
