Suggestions anyone?

Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Homemade...equal parts freshly grated parmesan and breadcrumbs [or Panko]. Toss chicken in olive oil, dredge in parm/breadcrumb mixture. Bake at 450 for 20 to 30 minutes.

I don't care for Indian Curry, but I LOVE Thai Curries.... they're 2 totally different beasts, you know this, Quinn, yes?
