Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

Chicken with pineapple salsa. Rice.

Baked chicken breast....(new recipe.....doused in butter and chopped garlic and drug thru a mixture of bread crumbs, parm. cheese, salt, pepper and parsley) and mixed vegetables. The Yankee Girl gave it a thumbs up....Yay Me!

The often described green salad with tilapia, but with a different wrinkle....leftover India/Indian spicy veggies were added, and diced tomato.  This was very good.

Don't they sell other kinds of fish where you live?

The kid made meat loaf and mac n cheese. Pretty good.

The other kinds of fish taste too fishy, Q!  LOL!

Whitefish, Lake Perch and Walleye are my favorites, but not readily available, except in restaurants.

Yeah.....back off there Miss Q. Tilapia is quite good.......when there's no FRIED catfish around.
