You do miss family dinners, however.

Not so much. Everyone was so independent and hungry st different times. I miss my mil's family dinners . Those were pretty nice.

You got along well with your significant others family.

No. My wedding attire was a cotton print dress,  worn to the JPs office. Lol

Make that like, not love. I found sleeping on the ground not too comfy
