Nope. I can't drink coffee or any stimulant. I definitely crammed, though. ツ
At college you had a crush on a professor.
No. That was my senior year in high school.
In your very first apartment you had plastic milk carton bookcases and brick and board furniture. (We did)
Nope--just a mattress, plants, a bright red shag rug, and an old Naugahyde sofa bed. Hahaha! I had built-in bookshelves.
Your first apartment, like mine, looked like a greenhouse there were so many plants.
Yeah. Close, any way.
Your friends had a joke about slaying the wild "nauga," as in the hide of the naugahide.
How the heck did you know??! Hahahaha!
You once had a Papasan chair.
Nope
You had an Adironak chair (or 2) in your yard
Yes! Loved 'em!
You used to grill/barbecue over real charcoal fairly often.
Yes.
You had a fireplace in one of your abodes
Yes--in almost all of them.
You like documentaries.
Indeed, I do, especially nature shows narrated by naturalists.
You don't really believe "everything happens for a reason".
Sometimes you could ascribe a reason, but usually things seem to happen for no reason at all.
Well, I do believe most, if not all, things happen for a "reason," but not in a religious or mystical sense. To me it's just a vast expansion of Newton's law of motion--"For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." To my mind, the actions and reactions that precipitate any circumstance are often so complex and happen over so much time and space that we just can't track them.
You wish (as I do) that the world was a far more literally magical place.
Hmmmm
Yes, I do. In a fairytale-ish sort of way.
You used to think fairytales were too violent for children, but you have noticed that they seem to process the fictional events very well
