Not so much now.

You enjoy doing pen and ink drawings.

I am not very good at drawing .My John was a great sketch artist and cartoonist.

You don't care for champagne. It's too sweet and it tickles your nose.

(How wonderful! Draughn was also a good cartoonist.)

It's okay. I'm actually not much of a drinker.

You like vacations with a loose "theme"--like visiting vineyards or hiking a section of the Appalachian Trail.

Yeah . Very unstructured suits me

You almost forgot a good friend's birthday recently . (I did).

No, but I don't have enough good friends left to have to remember many dates. ツ

A good friend forgot your birthday in recent years. (One of mine did.)

Yes, of course, and I forgive.

You mostly don't like a fuss made over you

True. Of course, I loved it when Draughn did.

You do like making a special day for a loved one.

Usually

When someone gives you a gift you don't like, you like it anyway

Honestly, it depends. I certainly appreciate any gift, but sometimes I "recycle" them. LOL

There is a particular type of gift that your are repeatedly given (like a cookbook or throw, for instance), and you don't really understand why.

Not any particular thing. A relative got on a nightgown gifting kick with me for awhile

You are happy to get gifts of food. That works for you

Anything perishable is good. I've got too much stuff I want to be rid of--I don't need more.

You get overwhelmed with gifts of sweets (candies and baked goods) around Christmas.

Yeah. Toffee, those chocolate cherries.... Too much .

You keep your chocolate in The fridge, and just eat a bit a day.
