My great nephews. However, I've never met them and have to rely on their mom for suggestions for gifts.
You used to make all your own Christmas wrapping paper.
One year only. Manilla paper ink and rubber stamps.
You had one "wag" in your family who wrapped with the funny papers or the stock market pages, depending....
It did happen, yes. ツ
In the 50s/60s, your family once had a silver or pink foil Christmas tree.
Never. (Though a friend did, and I actually wished for one).
Your mom would never think of departing from a traditional style Christmas.
My mom was exceedingly creative, so wrapping and decorations were all pretty innovative. But the food remained the same, because we liked it that way, and there were always a real tree and lots of evergreens, etc., around.
When you were very young, your parents put up the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve while you were sleeping.
Nope. Up anytime, and we all helped decorate
Often you get an old tune from days gone by stuck in your head. (I am hearing Some Enchanted Evening, right now).
Absolutely! I often have Stardust caught in my head (important song for my mom) and many old songs which Draughn and I would exchange as expressions of love, etc.
You liked disco music (I loved it 'cause I danced in gay clubs which were 1000% more fun than straight clubs in cities.)
I never really got into disco, maybe because I sucked at dancing. Watching the dancing in Sat. Nite Fever was fun though.
You have always liked musicals.
Yes.
You have seen at least one musical on Broadway.
Not really a whole musical. Saw the Rockettes on stage.
You have a hard time deciding the favorite city you have ever lived
I do.
You wore contacts at one time, but no longer.
No, never did. Just readers, and now ,driving glasses
You find that cheap sunglasses work jyst as well as anything else
