No. Played too much chess as a little kid.

You joined a book discussion group at some point.

Yes

You participated in a sensitivity training group for awhile, (not for long)

I was on the periphery of a couple. Never actually participated.

You did (or still do) TM.

Once, a long time ago - boredom and curiosity

When you we're a kid, you were very skeptical thst the Hokey pokey was really what it was all about

I was. But I did do my share of the hokey-pokey. :>)

Even now, you can't really say what it's all about.

Boy is that the truth!

You recently came aware of a new Apple cultivar to be released in December, by the name of "Cosmic Crisp."

I just became aware of it when you told me. ツ What is it supposed to taste like?

You prefer crisp and tart/sweet apples to more mealy and purely sweet varieties.

Supposed to taste a lot like Honey Crisp , but last longer

True, on my taste preferences

Back in the day, you bought natural cider from the farmer and let some of it go hard. ;^ )

Yup. You know, British "pub cider" is one of the very few alcoholic drinks I actually like.

You visited a cider press when you lived in New England.

Yup. Actually, my hubbys uncle pressed his own cider apples on his own property .

You had sea-faring kin who later retired to the land.

Yup. All my father's family for generations (including some of the women) have been Naval Officers. Those who didn't die while serving eventually retired (my dad after 36 years).

You had sea-faring kin.

My husband did. His uncle retired a captain, and retired to farm, something he knew nothing  about at the time.

You have been tempted,  many times, to try something you knew nothing about at the time.
