Wow, W! For people who love to learn and explore (and you're obviously one), YouTube is a blast. Here's a link: https://www.youtube.com/   You can find--all free--documentaries, movies, audiobooks, music of any type, political videos, science videos, instructional videos on almost anything, and the list is almost endless. Just go there and enter any subject you want a video on in the search box, then sift through what it brings up. I guess the only "skill" you will acquire, if you can call it that, is learning to refine your searches a bit--but that's intuitive. You'll have fun!

Yes, my Twitter account was initially for Draughn and me, so it lay fallow for some years. Now I'm just beginning to post, what with everything happening in the world. It's sporadic, though.

Knowing where all this technology seems to be leading us, you'd be willing to return to a time without it.

That is  true. A cabin in the woods for a week would be good. I might get restless for input after a week, perhaps.(Thanks for the link)

Your skies are cloudy today, and you are hoping for rain.

No--sunny skies today.

Your prefer traveling off-season.

yes, when I used to travel. Like everything off-season and off the beaten path

You prefer to travel off the beaten path

Absolutely! Literally, when I hiked/camped--bushwacking was my thang! And I love traveling to unusual places. Sometimes I would do adventure travel or volunteer work travel or equestrian tours--which are all great ways to see an exotic place in a unique way.

You REALLY love getting into the culture of a new country you're visiting and you prefer to stay longer in one place than shorter periods in several places.

yes, to  both.

You used to watch Anthony Bourdaine sample the food and culture.

Occasionally.

You were quite surprised by A.B.'s suicide.

very. He seemed to love his life so.

you often multitask, watching, listening, doing, all at once.

All the time.

You're not sure you know what "peace" really feels like.

I can't really define it; I can't make it happen, and it's rare. But I know it when it slips around me,(briefly).

You have known real peace, and are sure you will know it again.

I believe I have, for short periods only. Whether I'll ever know it again, I can't say.

You're most likely to find peace alone (or with a pet) in nature.

That is so true.

You remember when lady's Slipper grew wild and abundant
