hoarders (would likely chase the cats away so the raccoons could have more access. The coons are almost domesticated. They are born and live their lives right under our noses. Some people here in the neighborhood feed them like pets!!!!!)

When I was a kid we had a babysitter that had a pet raccoon. I saw that critter climb up on the counter, open a cupboard door, and pull out, and open, a jar of peanut butter!! As a kid I thought it was cool, but I don't think I would want one living in my yard let alone in the house.
