honest- on the crate and barrow

(Suite Judy Blue Eyes--Although "Something Something" works--haha!)

On the straight and narrow.

dishonest - winning the barn

spinning the yarn

also dishonest- booking the  cooks ☺

And, in honor of my idiocy:  chuckle dead

knucklehead? (It's "cooking the books") ☺

several crowds have a slivered pining

OMG--how dumb can I be?! I saw the smiley face and I thought, "okay--this must be an obvious/well known one," and STILL I didn't see it. I admit, I'd never heard of "cooking the books."  Knucklehead was correct, btw.

Every cloud has a silver lining.

Euphemisms for dying: fight the rust, broke, flick the ducat, dye the arm, wall off the church
