A place for people to come in the morning for coffee and conversation, evening for music, drinks, fun and weekend parties. lots of different recipes:

• 1 1/4 ounces vanilla vodka
• 1 1/4 ounces white crème de cacao
• 3/4 ounce peppermint schnapps
• Garnish: peppermint candy

or

• 1 1/2 oz.  vodka 
• 1 tsp.  peppermint schnapps

or

• 3 fluid ounces rum

• 2 fluid ounces peppermint schnapps

• 1/2 fluid ounce grenadine syrup

• 1 small candy cane

but nothing that would stick to the glass like that red gel in the pic!
