The GOP cut funding for security in Benghazi and then blame Obama for the fallout.

WTF?

Do you agree that the GOP is destroying this country?

The GOP is attempting to gain political points from the Benghazi attack because it is unable to find points available elsewhere.  The whole bunch should be laughed out of town.

Mistakes were made, and mistakes have been made by both parties and by politicians in both parties in positions of leadership.

Ultimately this is a question of transparency and accountability, of which, Benghazi is a part of a tapestry of what a government does and why and what those in it, do.  And there are two parts of Benghazi; what was done and what was said about it, at the time and after.  And, yes, it is a sideshow, which is also a definition of politics at its partisan best.

What can be said is that it has not been a good week for the Obama administration and getting out from under it is also going to help define what the second term is going to leave as a legacy for and of President Obama.  And as such, what the administration is doing by desperately putting out fire breaks to stop, is, shortening Jay Carney's creditably  as press secretary and putting Obama in a defensive position on being the most transparent administration in history, of which the Talking Points is only one issue as to content and context the administration has to defend.

The IRS scrutiny of right wing groups is possibly the most troublesome as congress, the congressional republicans, will gratefully peel back the onion in the coming months.  Benghazi, sticky wick that, in that though it is the Obama administration, it was Hillary's portfolio and she has already said that the blame stops with her.  And yes, it impugns her credentials as to whether she can answer the phone at 3 am, and make decisions.  And no, she can't hand the phone over to Bill, that's it for you, or not.

What a world...

it was already addressed by a general and an admiral in congressional testimony that we had NO military assets that could be brought to he rescue in any conceivable allotted time. again there had been massive budget cuts in security for the state department...sometimes you just CAN'T do more with less and it is so telling that one side refuses to tell THAT side of the equation in their reporting of their version of the reality

And that world has just opened up acres of development on the grassy knoll.

What we have here is more than flying monkeys, it is coming fast and furious: IRS, AP and still Benghazi, but that isn't all, not by a long shot.  The open wounds of abortion are only festering with the horror show trial of Dr. Gosnell, there remains much to be played on the Boston bombing, Syria has only been pushed off the headlines for a few days, the second line shooting in New Orleans, the shocking events in Cleveland and all of this has to be displayed  by the media in rotation while the public can only see layers of the events piling up.

The problem for the administration is which one, in which order and to what effect as to how the narrative is be presented, reviewed, accepted and critic, and yes, it's all political and will be played out in the heat of the summer while the looming event called Obamacare awaits the fall and the political season of 2014...

What a world.....

you need to go thru your list and cull the items that have ZIP to do with the obama administration if the question is to be about obama and the gop...

The hypocrisy of turning Benghazi into a deliberate cover-up scandal is preposterous at a time when the nation faces so many serious problems.
