First Shot Across The Bow

I sent a very short, terse, pointed email to Patty Murray (D-WA). Another goes out to Maria Cantwell (D-WA) this weekend..stating specifically that unless they get behind health care reform and give it their unqualified full throated support, I will form a grass roots movement and work against every "demoncrap" AT THE PRIMARY level to see if we can't replace them with someone who has a spine.

Whose with me? What should we call our little movement?

Um..., continuing the ship metaphor, how about: "Grab an Oar or Head For Shore, United"?
(Hmmm....I'm sure the next person can do better than this. I'll keep thinking).

Plus Congress gets their damn health care on our backs. Wow, Socialism First Class! Who remembers or cares or calls them to account? I do. But my senators, Feinstein & Boxer have probably been on board since Ted Kennedy first roared, so I probably won't have to write to them. But many will have to poke a few who care for their own interests more than those of the people they're "representing." Carry on!
