What's blue and white, squiggly and suddenly appears in the sky?

If you know the answer, pop it on a postcard and send it to the people of Norway, where this mysterious light display baffled residents yesterday.

Curiously, it appears to be unconnected with the aurora borealis, or northern lights, the natural magnetic phenomena that can often be viewed in that part of the world.

Yeah and of Course conspiracy theorist are linking it to President Obama arriving tomorrow for the Nobel presentation.
If it happened here in the U.S. , my guess would be some Cal Tech. or M.I.T students prank with lasers ..........
Darn, I thought they were suppose to be reigning in all that nuclear stuff....humpf!!! Like there's not enough of it already in the world.

It certainly looks like the inner spiral could be a missile out of control and going around in circles. The blue spiral being caused by the type of phenomona that causes the northern lights.
Someone has a new prism.
