I admit, I did laugh.  I hope that didn’t make me a racist.  Nevertheless, there has been an undercurrent of racism throughout Obama’s presidency.  And often the undercurrent boils to the surface.  It is there and it is palpable.  But I like to think this one was just a plan to trap Gallagher.
