Morning Robbbie and all those who wander in later. It is my day off so that means I am on the run...laundry, chores, and a meeting. Might have to take hubby to the dentist...he has a tooth that is killing him AGAIN. This will be the 3rd time he has had trouble. I offered give him a bottle of Patron and then I would yank it out with the pliers...he wasn't impressed.

Hope you all have a wonderful day...I have got to start planning my trip in August, seems every time I do I get interrupted. I do know I need a new GPS.....don't want to get lost.

good morning! try not to work too hard, Robbie, it's hot out there!

RRC, tequila and pliers will sure be less expensive than the dentist, but in the long run, hubby needs those chompers to be healthy, so better to fix it in place, than have to re-place it down the road.

have no idea what's happening, but after THREE lookers this weekend, another agent called this morning about showing the house this afternoon! mind you, there were only 6 lookers from late July 2010 until last week, and now 4 in 3 days. somebody must be giving away free mortgage money or something! well, and i dropped the price below $100K, i'm thinking that has made some difference.

Wow, so glad for you lynn! Something similar happened to me: no lookers, then all of sudden two in one day with competing bids. Just to encourage you.

Robbie is that new cereal or is it just a repeating picture? haha Cheers.

Hi everyone! Had another busy work day, but that's ok, I like it busy, and besides, the guys I work for now are great. Huge difference.

Richard, I'm happy today, too. We finally got a little rain overnight. Things are bone dry again so it couldn't have been much, but every little bit helps.
