One of the best snacks for weight loss and health is raw almonds. I take all these health newsletters on the net and they are finding out more and more good things about nuts, expecially almonds. Other good choices are pine nuts about 75 equals 80 cal, Walnuts 7 halves about85 cals, almonds about 10 equal 80 cal..For my snacks i take them with me in resealble sandwich bags you can slip in your pocket. Is real important to eat something about every 2 hrs..HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lost 10 and hope to see more coming off as I start swimming again on Monday
at 5am...the school closed over christmas so now will start over but shouldnt be as difficult as when i started a two months ago :)
