Yes, it is...there are many deer and turkey and other wildlife, including rattlesnakes(not many)..I see one or two some years, some i don't see any...this spring i woke up one morning and looked out window to garden and there were 3 deer out there in my garden so i had to scare them off...I just realized i didn't answer your question about grandfather and what town he lived in? I don't know,,wish i did, i do know that there is a street in the town with our last name scimeca..that is about all i know..Sure my dad knew,, but he is gone so, no help there..
