Orianb: Making Paella is pretty simple; just pick a recipe you like whether its seafood only or chicken/rabbit or a mix of both. The main thing is to use a flavorful broth, a short grained rice and real saffron so you get both the flavor and the right texture. Good luck!
Paella. I have always loved everything about it, the way it looks, tastes, smells, but I've never quite worked up the nerve to tackle the making of one. Does anyone have any experience ?
I have some good recipes for mexican also, but would love to see more. Hey Sam want to know more about those Sauces, Rubs, etc. I'm new to this group so how do I view other things you have posted. Thanks
Damn... I have so much to do, but I see I am going to have to pitch my tent here for a real long time... Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
Oh,,, one more thing... what about a thread about Sauces, Rubs, substitution charts. Hmmm I have all this stuff. Simple helps which I have needed as I cook. I have some grill sauces for Karen. My head is reeling.. sorry...
