here's a recipe for a quick soup for a chilly night.
1 1/2 lbs grd hamburger
2 15 oz cans vegall
1 16 oz can of peeled tomatoes cut up
season to taste. i use garlic, salt pepper, basil, parsley and thyme. you can also use cans of your favorite vegetables instead of the vegall.
Brown the hamburger and drain.add the vegetables and seasoning. bring to a boil and then simmer for 45 minutes.
