Pumpkn Pie Creamer

Ingredients:
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice (optional)
1 cup non-dairy creamer
oops...forgot to include...you mx it well and store in a jar...makes about 1 1/4 cups. I usually put it in a small jar, shake it well and then store it in the same jar.

Here is one of my favorite summer time drinks - A Pink Panty Dropper.

2 12 oz. Beers (something lite like Corona or or even Bud lite)
1 large can Frozen Pink Lemonaide
1 cup (or use the can from the lemonaide) Tequilla, Rum or Vodka (they all work equally well)
Water to taste, but about 1 can.

Mix well and drink over lots of ice. This is great to take to the pool or lake. Very refreshing (and a little dangerous!) I usually double up the recipe to put in a gallon pitcher.
the Irish Cream drink sounds so good..I think I will try it.
Got this off a newsgroup. Sounds very smooth for the holidays

SOUTHERN COMFORT

3 cups of fresh crushed peaches
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups sugar free vanilla ice cream
1 cup light whipped cream
1 cup light rum

Blend on high in blender until smooth

You cannot beat this. Enjoy
